Itinerary

Begin at a serene meditation center where you will be welcomed with a warm cup of herbal tea. Your guide then briefs you on the basics of sound healing and meditation. 

Familiarize yourself with the concept behind Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and mantras. Understand from your master how the resonance of the vibrations affects your chakras to bring in your body healing and alignment.

  • Start off by calming the mind with some breathing exercises, Pranayama. 
  • You go through an extensive Tibetan Singing Bowl therapy-the bowls will be placed around your body and, at times even on the body-to facilitate depth in relaxation.
